Do I need to switch payroll providers?
No. Kalamar is designed as an intelligence and execution layer over your existing payroll and HR tools. The early-access process will help us confirm the systems and workflows your team needs.
What does the AI do, and what do I approve?
Agents gather context, organize obligations, and prepare proposed actions. Your operator reviews consequential work. Routine workflows can gain more autonomy gradually, based on measured reliability and the policies you approve.
Where will Kalamar be available?
We are focusing on the United States and Romania first. Specific jurisdiction and integration coverage will be confirmed with each early-access partner. Additional European markets are part of our longer-term plans.
Can my firm use Kalamar for multiple clients?
Yes, multi-client operation is central to the product vision. We are designing a shared review workspace for accounting firms, fractional HR teams, payroll service providers, and PEOs, with separate records and policies for each client.
Is Kalamar available today?
Kalamar is in development. We are inviting early-access partners to help shape the product around real HR and compliance workflows. The interactive examples on this website illustrate the planned experience.
How much will it cost?
